Repair technicians will tear down, clean, and evaluate your parts. We perform complete rebuilds on heavy equipment such as jaw crushers, mainframes, heads, rolls, shafts, bearing fits, screw conveyors, hammer mills. 

REPAIR

We can repair, rebuild, replace worn parts, reassemble and return to you in like-new condition. We do repair work on parts and equipment such as ladles, bell housings, flanges conveyors, bushings, shafts, plates, pistons, and pump housings.  We also offer in house & onsite mag particle testing for cracks.

Manufacture

Dyell Machine has the capabilities to manufacture large and small parts and equipment such as rolls,  new shafts, and bushings.

We have a fully equipped service truck and certified welders. We offer the following onsite welding services:
